What we collect, and why.

Who we are

BelongOS is operated by South Beach Wellness Club LLC (Miami, Florida). Questions about anything on this page: ops@belong-os.com.

If you request access

The request form collects your name, work email, company, the subdomain you'd like, and anything you write in the notes. We also record where you came from — a single first-touch cookie holding UTM parameters and the referring page, kept for 30 days. No advertising trackers, no analytics resold to anyone.

Payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only Stripe's identifiers for your subscription. Requests that never finish checkout are expired from our queue after 7 days.

If you run a BelongOS instance

Your instance is exactly that — yours. Your events, guests, finances, and files live in a database provisioned for your company alone, and you own that data. We process it only to operate the service: nightly verified backups (kept 90 days), email delivery, and support. When our operators access your instance to help you, the session is visibly bannered inside your admin and written to an access log you can read.

Email your instance sends to your guests is delivered from your own sending domain. We record delivery, open, and click events to show you engagement; recipients can unsubscribe in one click and we honor it automatically.

Who else touches data

We run on a small set of infrastructure providers, each seeing only what their job requires: Vercel (hosting and DNS), Supabase (databases and backups), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Google Firebase (sign-in). We don't sell data to anyone, full stop.

Deletion

Cancel your instance and its database, sending domain, and stored credentials are deleted; backups age out within 90 days. Want something gone sooner — or a full export first? Email us and we'll do it.
