The service

BelongOS gives your company its own hosted instance of our event-operations platform, operated by South Beach Wellness Club LLC. During the pilot program, access is granted by approval after you request it.

Trial and billing

Checkout collects a card and starts a 30-day free trial. Billing begins only when your instance is live in your hands — the trial exists so you never pay for setup time. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. If we decline your access request, your subscription is canceled and nothing is charged.

Your data

Everything in your instance belongs to you. You can request a full export at any time. On cancellation we delete your instance and its data as described in our privacy policy.

Sending email responsibly

Your instance sends email from your own domain to your guest list. You agree to email only people who have a real relationship with your business and to honor unsubscribes (the platform enforces them automatically). We may pause sending — never your access to your data — if a list looks purchased or complaint rates endanger deliverability for everyone.

Pilot expectations

This is an early product. We back it with verified nightly backups, health monitoring, and direct operator support, but we don't yet offer a formal uptime SLA. We'll always tell you honestly when something breaks.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and law
